Bangladesh Technosity Limited (BTL), incorporated on 10 August 2015, signed a Concession Agreement with Bangladesh Hi-Tech Park Authority (BHTPA) for Block-3 of Bangabandhu Hi-Tech City on 11 August 2015. Under the terms of this agreement, the company will design, develop and operate the Hi-Tech Park for a period of 40 years.

BTL is a joint venture bringing together expertise from companies domiciled in Bangladesh and Malaysia. As a subsidiary of Fiber@Home Limited, a leading telecommunications infrastructure company operating in Bangladesh, BTL is pleased to offer Block 3 of Bangabandhu Hi-Tech City in Gazipur as a flagship project for potential investors to consider.

BTL will develop the project under Public Private Partnership (PPP) guidelines, and aims to build several multi-tenant buildings, develop land for industrial use, facilitate utilities needed for the Park, build dormitories, recreational centers and many more.
